Options for Shopping
Shop By Gender
Click on the Women’s' or Men’s' tab of your choice to view the product categories available. Select the category of your choice to view product items and begin shopping. Alternatively, you can use the 'Advanced Search' option to get more accurate results.
Shop By Brand
Click on the brand icon of your choice to view the entire range available.
Shop for Sales
Click the sale icon to further select a category for women's or men's sale items.
Shop for New Arrivals
Click the New Arrival icon to further select a category for women's or men's new arrivals.
To Make a Purchase
Selecting an Item
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, select the size and colour you would like by using the down arrows on the right hand side of the screen and select ‘Add to basket’. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click on ‘update’ if a change is made. To complete your purchase, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to do so.
Login or Create New Account
If you are an Existing Customer, please enter your Username and Password to Login or if you are a New Customer, enter your details as required.
Step 1: Check Your Order
In the next screen you will have the opportunity to view your order summary
Step 2: Gift Voucher
If you have a Gift Voucher or Credit Note please enter the code in the space provided to use against your purchase.
Step 3: Check Your Delivery Address
Please enter your Delivery Details making sure that you give an address at which there will be somebody present to sign for and collect your package. Alternatively, a calling card will be left by Australia Post in which case you will need to collect your package from your nearest Post Office. You must also select a Deliver Type and then select 'Continue Purchase'
Step 4: Choose Your Delivery Options
You must select the delivery option you prefer. This is a one-off cost per order, regardless of how many shoes and accessories make up the order.
Standard Delivery within Australia: Free
Standard Delivery to New Zealand is a Flat rate per order = $25.00
Step 5: Choose Your Payment Option
Kahlon accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express as well as PayPal.
Step 6: Enter any Special instructions
Enter any special instructions required for the delivery of your goods. (For example, perhaps the goods must be left at the reception of your workplace, or mailbox is located down the side lane.)
Step 7: Accept Terms and Conditions
To read the terms and conditions of your purchase, select ‘View Terms and Conditions’, once read, click on the ‘Accept Conditions’.
In the next screen you will be able to verify your order and have the option to either ‘Cancel Order’, ‘Change Order’ or ‘Purchase Order’. Once you have selected ‘Purchase Order’ you will be required to enter your payment details.
Step 8: Confirmation
An email will be set to you confirming that your order has been sent. You may now exit or return and continue shopping.
Wish List
Once an item is added to your Wish List, it will remain here for the next time you shop and are ready to purchase. This will save you having to browse through the site to find it again. Remember to register your account in order to use your Wish List.
In order to add an item to your Wish List, you must login in or create an account.
Email to Friend
If you've found an item that your friend will love or simply want their opinion on an item you wish to purchase, simply click on Email to Friend, enter your message and send. Your message and an image of the item you selected will be emailed to your friend immediately.
