DELIVERY
Our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and/or courier and require a signature on receipt. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked location. Remember to let us know if your address changes to keep up-to-date.
Express Delivery
Express delivery of your goods is available throughout Australia. It is best to call when placing express orders to ensure we have the right sizes and colours available.
The Australia Post Next Business Day Network operates between most capital cities. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

Postage and Handling Charges
This is a one-off cost per order, regardless of how many clothes, accessories and shoes make up the order.

Returns and Exchanges
In order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers are offered a 21 days return policy. You are able to return your item for an exchange or a full refund. There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the shoes back to us in the original box, and make sure that the shoes in the same condition that you received them. Fill in the Customer Returns Form thoroughly so that your return can be processed efficiently. Pack the goods securely and return to the following address:

Kahlon does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to our warehouse. For this reason it is recommended that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of your goods once posted.
How to return goods:
Locate the ‘Customer Returns and Re-order Form’ sent with your purchase. In the ‘Returns section’ simply list the item/s you are returning in the space provided. To assist us with processing, please mark the reason for the return using the ‘Returns Code’ on the form. This will assist us in improving our products and services.
Re-package the item/s including the form and post it to us. Once your parcel is received, we will credit you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Alternatively we can hold credit against your membership for future purchases.
How to exchange/re-order:
First phone us to check stock availability and place the item/s you want on hold. Note: They will be held for 7 days. If your parcel and form have not been receive by then, the item/s will be placed back on the shelf.
Complete the ‘Re-order section’ on the Returns Form as well as the delivery and payment details on the reverse side. Then re-package the item/s including the form and Post your package to:

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Postage Charges for reorder
In the case of an exchange, standard delivery with in Australia, and $15.00 with in New Zealand.
