Q: How do I return my purchase?

A: Locate the 'Customer Returns and Re-order Form' sent with your purchase. In the 'Returns section' simply list the item/s you are returning in the space provided. To assist us with processing, please mark the reason for the return using the 'Returns Code' on the form. This will assist us in improving our products and services.

Re-package the item/s including the form and post it to us with 21 days from the date of purchase. You are able to return your item for an exchange or a full refund. There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the shoes back to us in the original box and garment in original condition with swing ticket attached, and make sure that the shoes and garments are in the same condition that you received them. Pack the goods securely and return to the following address:

Kahlon does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to our warehouse. For this reason it is recommended that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of your goods once posted.

In the case of an exchange, you will be charged a second postage charge of $4.95 AUD.

Once your parcel is received, we will credit you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Alternatively we can hold credit against your membership for future purchases.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We understand that getting your product quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from kahlon.com.au you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days when items are held in stock. (If we need to back order your item you will be notified.)

Q: Can I have my order sent express post?

A: Express delivery of your goods is available throughout Australia. It is best to call when placing express orders to ensure we have the right sizes and colours available.

The Australia Post Next Business Day Network operates between most capital cities. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

Q: What payment options are available?

A: We do ship to New Zealand however the following postage costs will apply:

A: Yes, we ship to Australia Post PO Boxes. A calling card will be left there fore you to collect and sign for your parcel at the Australia Post counter.

A: Yes we do backorder, however each item is different so please telephone our customer service staff to discuss if item can be back ordered.

Q: Do you have a catalogue?

A: Kahlon no longer prints a catalogue.
