We hope you enjoy your new purchase but if you need to return an item, you may do so within 21 days from receipt of goods. The item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and have swing tickets attached.

How to return goods

  1. Locate the yellow ‘Customer Returns and Re-order Form’ sent with your purchase. In the ‘Returns section’ simply list the item/s you are returning in the space provided. To assist us with processing, please mark the reason for the return using the ‘Returns Code’ on the form. This will assist us in improving our products and services.
  2. Re-package the item/s including the form in the Kahlon reply paid bag and post it to us.

Once your parcel is received, we will credit you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Alternatively we can hold credit against your membership for future purchases.

Exchanges/Re-ordering

If you need to exchange an item due to size or colour to ensure we have the
available stock, we recommend you call to hold the item/s.

How to exchange/re-order

  1. First phone us to check stock availability and place the item/s you want on hold. Note: They will be held for 7 days.
    If your parcel and form have not been receive by then, the item/s will be placed back on the shelf.
  2. Complete the ‘Re-order section’ on the Returns Form as well as the delivery and payment details on the reverse side. Then re-package the item/s including the form in the Kahlon Reply paid bag and Post your package to: KAHLON 236-240 Bridge Rd Richmond Vic 3121.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and/or courier and require a signature on receipt. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked location. Remember to let us know if your address changes to keep up-to-date.
