Hi Kahlon Team Customer Service from Kahlon was five stars, the fact that you ask for feedback is fantastic. The purse was a little larger then I had imagined, but nicer so it was fine. The shoes fit perfectly and have already had nice comments about them on the night I wore them out so thank-you and they are comfortable, I probably walked about a 1km that night and felt great..... The only suggested improvement I could make is that when I was signing up my details, I could not for some reason put my address in the delivery area - and went back in three or four times to try with no luck. However I liked the added safety precaution of emailing me to confirm that the address in the comments section was my address. Hi! I received the shoes in excellent condition & have already worn them and received many compliments! The size I was after was out of stock, but I was notified straight away that you were ordering more in and they would be sent as soon as they were back in stock, which was only a few days. Dispatch confirmation is also very useful & a tool that more online companies should use. I think the 100% refund policy, no questions asked is a great idea, even though I didn't need to use this service. All in all - 4 stars out of 5. Missing one star because the size I was after was out of stock. I have recommended your website to a number of my friends because of the great range & excellent service
